Housekeeping was prompt and consistent throughout the stay. A special mention to the staff—their courtesy, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out and made the experience even more pleasant. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a good variety and quality. The in-house restaurant also serves very tasty food, making dining at the hotel a great option. "Honestly, one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The staff were absolutely amazing and there was nothing you could do that was a bother. On arrival we were greeted by Nikhil who swiftly had drinks sent our way and our rooms checked in, all while we were able to relax on the sofas. Genuinely the best check in experience I’ve ever had. He was our main point of contact after this, making sure we always knew where to go, what to do and made sure we were looked after at all times. It really felt like a VIP experience. Outside of this, the hotel was great, an amazing spa and fantastic restaurants. Huge thanks to the team as they really went above and beyond. Can’t recommend enough."
