"I’m not saying everything was perfect. They were remodeling some of the rooms, and every now and then I could hear loud noises from my room. I mentioned it to Robert at the front desk, and he handled it in a calm and helpful way. He offered a few options to make things better and made sure the issue didn’t affect the rest of my stay. In the end, what could have been a rough experience turned into a positive one."

"From the moment we checked in the staff were friendly and accomodating. The scent in the lobby was amazing! Our room was super clean and comfortable and the breakfast had numerous options to choose from and it was delicious. If ever we're in the area again, we would definitely stay here."

"We loved our stay! Yadira let me host my daughter’s pool party and we had a wonderful time. The only issue I had was the ants. Not sure if it was from all of the rain, but they were coming in from the pool area and crawling on the counter tops. If I had an issue I let Yadira know right away and her response was always prompt."
