"I love staying at this hotel. Great location and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is really good with fantastic service. The valets are friendly and eager to help. The only negative was probably the last that checked us in this last time. She was rude and offered the bare minimum in information but the rest of the staff were top notch. We will be back!"

"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. If you reserve a club room, they have a lounge for the ones that stay in a club room. But the only draw back on that is they only have certain days and times this is available to enjoy. The parking is across the street connected to another hotel. 10 for public parking or 34 for the valet parking. We did pay for breakfast that the ĥotel has in the morning. That meal is not provided in the stay. (15 a person). The bar was cool. It was a good drink. The gym was clean. I gave a full review and yes i gave 5 star. Only because it was a nice hotel. If you want a clean place to stay then this is it. "

"The room was moderately clean. The shower didn’t work correctly. The TV didn’t work at all. The AC did work well there was a gym advertised but no gym available. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for but disappointing."

"We have stayed her before and the stay was nice. But it seems this hotel has been taken over by a new owner and have let things slide. I called the day of check-in to see what the latest we could check-in. He could not answer my question. We got to the hotel. The same person was at the front desk and tried to explain the issue with the A/C. It did not work. We still couldn't figure it out when we got to the room. The hallway had a bad odor. The room had a strong cleaning odor. Are they covering up something? The room was VERY warm. Finally figured out the A/C. It did not work with the wall thermostat. In the shower toilet area, the door just barely gets past the toilet. No body wash. Just shampoo and 2 body lotion. bugs flying in the room. We will not be back to this hotel."

"Parking was safe and easy. The front desk and housekeeping staff were helpful, kind and professional. The beds are comfortable but the rooms were a little outdated for the price. The pool is great for kids but not very accommodating for adults. They just had direct TV and no smart tv options or the ability to cast or stream and they were small for the room size, just 32 inches."
