"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble.
It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided.
Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Clean room and tasty breakfasts.
Not the most pretty location, right by the road, but the service well made up for it.
Thanks for a nice stay!"

" Caroline was such a great host, lovely property and parking available, and the breakfast had plenty of choices to, definitely would rebook if visiting Windsor again."

"This is simply a very nice place to stay. It's unpretentious and excellent value for money. The rooms are small but comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. We have stayed a couple of times for B&B and would certainly recommend it."

"Excellent location! Very nice, quiet street with shops nearby. Close enough to roll suitcase from tube station which is on line with Heathrow. Easy public transportation to all sites but walkable to palaces, Hyde Park and downtown sites. "
"The room was clean and spacious. More spacious than some "not budget" places I've stayed. They have food on-site which is great for an "airport" hotel when you don't have a rental car. I'm the morning at checkout I went to the cafe to get a coffee to go. The young man working the cafe was so in tune with my needs. He saw that I was juggling four suitcases and made sure my flat white coffee was well stirred and the lid securely fastened as it was obvious to him that I couldn't juggle for suitcases and a cup of coffee without his extra help. "
"I had originally booked a two-night stay through Expedia. However, my work at Charing Cross Hospital ended a day earlier than planned, so I needed to check out after the first night. When I approached the counter, I specifically asked the staff member Waqar if he could assist me. He confirmed he was available, so I proceeded.
After handing over my keys and receiving confirmation that the checkout was complete, I simply requested a printed receipt. At this point, Waqar’s demeanour changed dramatically. He became quite impolite, claiming he now had other customers waiting and instructing me to go to the next counter.
When I explained that a printout would only take a moment, he began arguing with me, questioning why I was checking out early. To be honest, the interaction felt more like an interrogation than a standard hotel service. It seemed as though I was being questioned about “getting bail a day early” rather than simply concluding my professional stay. Despite my explanation that I was in a hurry to get home after my shift, he continued to be argumentative and dismissive.
Lady next to him counter was also dismissive saying printout doesn’t take 5 mins and covering the person but in fact it just took less than 2 seconds. Staff is rude as I could read few comments on other websites and they have neither improved it nor are they apologetic. "
"Slow check in - took 20 plus minutes with no apology for wait. Given voucher for £5 off for restaurant- this was closed! A 2 for 1 drinks voucher which finished at 7 pm so couldn’t use as took so long to check in. Ate in the bar /restaurant but the waitress forgot our drinks order, no water even after asking twice and no condiments. Room was spacious but very dated and 2 lifts out of order so toon forever to get to my room on 9th floor "

10/10 Excellent
"I usually stay at this Hotel when Im heading back to Canada, as I have to be up by 4am. This time I accidentally left a scarf there, that was a momento from my deceased mother. I sent n email and they found it in the room and will have it at the desk when I return on the 11th. Everyone, from the housekeeping staff to the front desk tem are so helpful and the rooms are pristeen and the beds are extremely comfortable. I cant say enough positive things about my repeated experiences atthis hotel. I will return!✨️💗✨️"
