"Being here was an absolutely beautiful experience. The rooms were huge, spotlessly clean and featured astounding views over the golf fields. The design was simply impeccable, the rooms are stylish and with lots of high tech features. Breakfast could be much better, but I wouldn’t even take points off for that provided that everything else is fantastic. This is a brand new hotel and we wish it long years of prosperity!"

"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

"Chaotic check in where I had to go to 3 different places. Had dinner and were only told after that card payment wasn’t possible, despite a visa and mastercard sign at the door. Friendliness was mid as well. Rooms were functional but nothing special. Room lacked amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Wasn’t terrible yet I wouldn’t recommend "

"On the day of check in, we had come back to book for spa, lady at the reception does more than this job..l she takes care of other things as well.. but even after spotting us , she continued doing other stuff for another 5 to 7 mins, which was bit annoying.. breakfast was not as mentioned in the reviews. Glasses were smelling. Overall for the money it cost’s it’s not worthwhile. Even for SPA we needed to pay, I don’t know about other hotel of same price range if they are charging or it’s all...
