They staff upon check in were very helpful & gave lots of advice on navigating the boat time table & how to reach the centre of Venice. Rooms were spotless and the breakfast buffet was tasty & plentiful. Very comfortable bed & pillows.

It’s okay, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were okay not the best but for one night stay is fine.

Whilst the accomodation (mobile home) smelt clean on arrival and is relatively new compared to other units we experienced bed bugs/flea bites. The video online is not a true likeness of the site.
