Pretty town house in the heart of Chinon + garden

La Maison de Louise is a charming two-story townhouse located on the south bank of the beautiful medieval town of Chinon.

Fully renovated, it offers an unforgettable stay in the Touraine region. You'll reside just steps away from Chinon's medieval streets, the Vienne River where you can sail in a traditional boat or canoe, and the famous Chinon vineyards for wine tastings.

The jewels of Touraine await you a few kilometers away for an unforgettable vacation: Richelieu, Château du Rivau, Rigny-Ussé (Sleeping Beauty Castle), Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, Chenonceau, Beauval Zoo, and Futuroscope.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious, bright living area with dining and lounge spaces, opening onto a fully-equipped open kitchen (filter and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave).

From the kitchen, you can access the lovely tree-lined garden where you can enjoy lunch and relax.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm bed, one featuring a crib and changing table. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and toilet.
On the second floor, there's a large bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the price. You can bring your own or rent them for €25 per bed including bath linen for 2 people. Please confirm your linen order at least one week before your arrival.

Check-in time is from 4 PM to 7 PM. For arrivals between 7 PM and 9 PM (latest), an additional fee of €30 will be charged upon arrival.

A security deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival, payable by check, cash, or credit card imprint.
