"Overall, we’re not very fussy and we enjoyed our stay. The location was good and the place was clean. The in-room products were decent quality however we were a little disappointed with a couple easily improvable details. They only provided one coffee pod per day per adult which felt a bit lean. Despite having four guests in the room (us and our two children), they only provided 2 pool towels. "Lovely, helpful and thoughtful staff.
Great room with a kitchenette.
Not a new hotel, but the room was clean, we had a bathtub, the bed was comfortable and we were less than 100m from the Princess Theatre. Fantastic location!"

"Great room however very little to no natural light felt like we were in the dungeon. The outside area was dirty and a mess if they cleared and cleaned the area it would be nice to sit out there and have a cuppa.
