"The property itself is beautiful, the beach and surrounding areas are beautiful and clean and not so busy. The customer service is exceptional. The only cons are that there is not an AC in the bedroom, only 2 fans so the heat and humidity was unbearable during the afternoon. Additionally, they have a fridge in the room with snacks that gets locked the night before you check out without warning. We left personal items (new beverages and snacks) in the fridge and were not given the chance to take them out."

"Beautiful, spacious room looking out to Banderas Bay. Well maintained and well serviced. Great amenities - access to the beach, lots of restaurants/bars, gym, lots of pools to chose from. The food was great and the service was in the majority of cases, flawless and friendly. Only one slight issue with one restaurant waiter who took issue with us not tipping above the already included service charges and gratuities. This was pre-confirmed to us as being included in the All Inclusive package, which was part of the reason for selecting this package. Otherwise, great service. Staff across the board were friendly and helpful and generally couldn't do enough for their guests. The only slight issue other than the waiter previously mentioned, was that via booking the All-Inclusive package upfront, we were then subjected to a sales pitch straight after check-in for the hotel group's private residences. This was poorly timed at arrival (anyone arriving post long flight would not appreciate this I suspect) and when we expressed a lack of interest in purchasing the product, the conversation ended abruptly. This didn't spoil the experience as a whole however (everything else more than makes up for this), but is being added to this review for awareness. Great place to get away from it all - we would definitely recommend."

"This property was absolutely fascinating. If we could give it 10 stars we would. We stayed in the hummingbird suite and it was breathtaking. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The drinks were very yummy and the pool’s temperature was perfect. We had one in our room also and it was also great. I can’t stop raving about this place. Our favorite boutique hotel so far."

"There were a lot of amazing things about this property, including the large rooms with working air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working while we were there and it was a lot of steps to get to our room from town every day. Also, our door was very hard to open and close and we notified the staff, but nothing was done about it. I also asked them to come clean the shower since there was hair in it from the previous guest. They did come and clean, but they didn’t clean the hair. The views were spectacular and the breakfast was delicious. So there were a lot of pros but a few cons. We stayed there for three nights and there’s not a lot of places to eat dinner nearby."
