"Very comfortable stay. The rooms are modern and the beds have duvets instead of blankets, which we really liked. Nicholas at reception was incredibly helpful and kind when checking us in. First time ever we have had staff speak Dutch to us at a foreign hotel.😍 Only point of improvement would be breakfast, the juice was not fresh but the kind with lots of added sugar and only runny scrambled eggs, no boiled eggs or the option of an omelette. "Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was lovely, our cabin was perfect and we loved the food. We especially enjoyed breakfast delivered to our cabin. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied. The whole experience was peaceful and relaxing…much needed! The only complaint is that Expedia says it is 42 minutes away from Nevados de Chillan ski resort.
