"This was the 3rd property I stayed in the Pucón area. The room was closer to a hostel than an apart-hotel. It was adequate, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked to prepare basic meals, but we needed to purchase our cleaning supplies. The bed was uncomfortable, and one could hear the neighbors in the hallways and adjacent balconies. The staff could have been more helpful (polite but not generally motivated to be helpful). "2 very small rooms. The bathrooms is tiny. For 2 people is hard to get around. The place has been remodeled looks like a while ago. It’s all old and smells. There is no AC, no elevator. The place seems to be cleaned, but because it’s old it seems like dirty and musty. It is bay overpriced for what it is. After We stayed in the hotel for $50 and it was such a big difference, much bigger and nicer, cleaner, with the pleasant smell. I am honestly not sure why there is so many good reviews. We...
