This place really feels like being at family's house more than a hotel. And I can't put into words how amazing the city view from the balcony was! Incredible! "

"Hotel location is almost on the top of mountain. Surrounded with fruit trees. Green everywhere. Nice pool but didn’t use it due to season. Real nice location ro relax. Car is must though. The owner offered to cook. Breakfast was nice with toast, home made jam, grapes and walnuts from the yard, coffee…I wish it wasn’t cluttered. The rooms had some a pleasant smell. "

"Really lovely property and grounds. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here.We visited Rome whilst there, which was only a couple of hours drive away. There are lots of lovely little towns near the villa, and a drive to the nearby mountains is definitely worth a trip. Take advantage of the comprehensive list of things to do, and where to eat, that is in the apartment… especially the where to eat! There are some great little restaurants locally.Thank you Giacinta for making our holiday so lovely. "

"The hotel is in an easy to reach area close to the freeway, airport, train line. Not scenic, but convenient."

"It's a good hotel to stop overnight if you are on the road. There's not much around it, and getting to places (e.g. restaurants) requires a car. But the property is clean and beds were comfortable."
