"This place has no staff, fully self check in. Check in information is sent prior to arrival so check your messages in Expedia app for updates ( don’t reply to watsapp msgs. Likely scams ). Check in was easy and place is like the photo. It’s a very perfect place to bring dogs and kids. The view is beautiful. We managed to see Mt Fuji. "Food are nice and surprising reasonable price. A bit confused at where to check in and who to talk to staff at first. But at the end, staff was very helpful and lovely. Room condition is relaxing as it is a resort but cleanness can be up a notch when there was so spots for dust and little bit dirty. Overall not too bad. Would recommend if you wanna get away from a city life and enjoy some countryside life like me."
