"This was an ecellent choice for an overnight at the airport before leaving Japan. The rooms were adequate -definitely clean. The dining was abundant and good. The staff was helpful. (The guy at the check-in desk should smile more - just saying.) The free shuttle to and from the terminal was essential! I would highly recommend."

"Perfect location on the shuttle route to Monorail or Disneyland. The convenience store was great to grab a bite for the room. I bought my gifts in the Disney shop making so easy. Toiletries before elevators was nice each day. The room was spacious, wet room was convenient. Loved having a large counter and a sofa. Laundry services wasn't the best. Took forever to dry. I was grateful to have it though."

"The location was perfect for us. Beach in front of the hotel was clean, not crowded, and great to swim/snorkel. Close to dive shop, stores, and fish market with a great restaurant. Facility is older but kept clean with every other day room cleaning with fresh towels/PJ. Excellent and helpful staff. Laundry facility on site is great. You need to rent out kitchen equipment for very small fee—prearrangement was encouraged. Plates and bowels are plastic but adequate. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Two bedroom/two bathroom (only one bathroom with Washlet) was more than adequate for two adults and one teenager. We would stay here again."

"Very disappointing stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, immediately adjacent to Bayside station thus a quick train ride to the parks. Staff were available and willing to help with luggage. Check-in was slow, the staff member spent time looking for and informing me of available upgrades, he did not inform until several minutes later that these were an additional charge. While the room and hotel were very clean, it is very dated and poorly maintained. There are chips and cracks in the paint along mouldings and door frames throughout the room and common areas. The bed was the least comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. While firm beds are common in Japan, this was terrible. Not just firm, but I could feel the springs throughout the mattress. I could not sleep because of the level of discomfort. Adding to that, soundproofing was terrible. I could hear many guests conversing in the hall, walking in the room above me, and was even woken up during the night to room doors opening and closing. What sealed the deal for this being a terrible stay is the lack of availability of food in this hotel during off-peak hours. This is again, not uncommon in Japan, but information provided by the hotel stated breakfast was available at one restaurant until 10:30. When I arrived just after 10:00 I was advised everything was closed. I could not even get a cup of coffee, the small convenience store was the only option for food. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel."
