"Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily stay here again. The property was clean, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable and spotless, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. Being so close to the train station made it incredibly convenient to explore Tokyo and travel to other destinations without any hassle.
The dining options were another highlight of our stay. The ramen was absolutely delicious and quickly became one of our favorite meals at the hotel. We also had an excellent experience at the Silva Lounge. The drinks were outstanding, and the steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Having multiple quality dining options on site was a huge plus after long days of sightseeing.
There were only a couple of things that kept the experience from being perfect. I was disappointed that guests have to pay an additional fee to use the pool. For a hotel of this quality, I believe pool access should be included with the stay. I also wish there were a complimentary shuttle to Disneyland. Since many guests visit the parks, a free shuttle would make transportation much more convenient.
Despite those minor drawbacks, the positives far outweighed the negatives. The excellent location, clean accommodations, outstanding food, and friendly service made this a memorable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Tokyo."
