"The room was really nice and in an amazing location. The host is great and there is a cute little cafe attached to the guest house. I’d definitely come back here. My favorite temple in Chiangmai is just around the corner. "

"Great location for the old city. About 15 minutes walk to main shops and restaurants, in a nice quiet area. Nice small places to eat nearby. Hotel was lovely, really friendly and helpful staff. Room was great, had everything we needed and get clean. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again "

"The room was very basic and the bed was hard as the floor. Very uncomfortable and not good to sleep in.
The room did not have a balcony/patio, the description is not correct.
The shower is oscillating between hot and cold.
It was very hard to communicate with staff. The “reception hours” were not being attended and they were slow to respond to messages (it took 24h to get a new towel when the one provided came dirty)."
