"If you want somewhere basic and well located in Chiangmai old town, this is the place for you. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a lovely area walking distance from lovely shops and places to eat and book other excursions. My only complaint would be that the room was quite basic, there was a lot of noise from other AC generators (despite the one in our room being turned off whilst we tried to sleep) and the shower was not hot. But for the price you can’t complain! I would...

"Great accommodating staff. Everything is very close. It is always easy to get a taxi/grab/tuk tuk. There is a ton of food options. The Sunday night walking street market is right down the street. All of this with a safe comfortable environment. I highly recommend "

"Very happy booking Lana Beds. The space was nice and clean, comfortable and well looked after, everything was as it should be. The staff were great, kind and helpful, one of them, Paw saw I was tired after arriving on a late flight and brought me a hot drink - very thoughtful - thank you!"

"The staff and experience was positive- friendly and helpful. I wish the trash was taken when they cleaned the room- we did not know where to take our trash- otherwise the beds were made nicely and fresh towels provided upon request. It was a positive experience staying with your hotel!"
"I highly recommend this hotel! If I could give it 6 stars I would! The rooms were super clean, cleaning staff would come anytime you needed, day or night, and the decor was modern and nice. The pool was nice and the staff was wonderful, always friendly and helpful. The highlight of our mornings was the amazing breakfast, we always ate too much and looked forward to trying new dishes and cakes! I would definately stay here again!"
"We stayed on the level suite. This suite was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the exclusive benefits of being a level member primarily dining in a private lounge.
I used a spa facilities which were excellent.
Bow, juliette and her team were terrific.
Great roof top bar.
Improvement: Its a jack and jill bathroom with no lock. Also no doors between dressing room and bathroom.
Very clean, great location, fluke and the concierge desk were super helpful.
Thankfully we could project to the TV in the room and follow the world cup."
"Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is 100% what the hotel says it offers. Lots 0f activities within walking distance, one minute from Sunday street market."
"The staff was extremely helpful with everything. Our flight put us there about 4 hours early and they allowed us to store our luggage while we explored the mall. My wife was going through a little jet lag, so they allowed her to change and use the rooftop pool. When I went around 1300 just to see if the room was ready, she informed me that they upgraded our room to executive. We booked a 2 hour couples massage on the 2nd floor and it was outstanding.
The room was very nice and the air conditioner was working extremely well. Breakfast was great both days.
Zero reasons not to book there again. Walking distance to the mall and One Nimman with the White market."
"We stayed here for 1 week and upgraded to the horizon club and it was worth it. The team there are so super helpful and friendly and really good with kids. They have a kids corner with activities and kids splash pad area and kids pool which kept our 4 year olds very entertained. The service was great and breakfast was delicious. I can’t speak much to the location as we didn’t leave the hotel lol."
"L'hôtel était parfait, bien situé, propre, le personnel était courtois et avenant.
Nous avons eu une chambre de 12 places, très grande, mais les douches étaient désuètes et fonctionnaient partiellement.
Le seul autre bémol est le fait qu'on nous vend beaucoup d'excursions avec compagnie (beaucoup plus chers que si on y va pas nos propres moyens).
Le déjeuner est excellent, mi-anglais, mi-thailandais et change à chaque matin.
Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation."
