"Clean rooms. Good location. Parking in the courtyard provided during a festival. Sandro was very helpful in navigating traffic control zones and permits for driving proactively."

"Not what we expected. We book our last night in Italy at this hotel as it was an hour or so from the airport and it was supposed to have a nice pool in a small town. Pool was not available, services were not explained, very poor customer service everywhere."
