"I’m going to start by saying this property is definitely nice. It’s in a nice area by the marina / water (does not have any views of the water though) and is convenient to public transportation. The rooms are clean and neat and fresh towels were provided each day. The shower was good (nice water pressure) and all of that was great.
But the problem is that the property is exaggerated on Expedia. It says “VIP Access” and I have no idea what that means. It says “Luxury” and it’s not luxury -...
"The location is great and the proximity to the Trevi is a great advantage for tourists. The staff was very helpful and Flavio helped us immediately when the shower malfunction. The room was nice, clean and spacious. I traveled with a little dog and I was very pleased with their hospitality. I highly recommend this place."
