"Global Luxury provides units that don’t lock securely from the inside, leaving guests non-secure while sleeping, vulnerable to anyone who has a copy of the key to enter during the night. No dead bolt. I realized immediately upon check in and returned the keys to the building lobby attendant, and I called Global asking for a refund because I need to stay elsewhere for a secure stay. Global Luxury’s final response is that they “advertised the room type correctly online” and won’t return my money....

"Great location and perfect for our family of four. We are within easy walking distance of the Foggy Bottom metro station and, if you want to get your steps in, the White House and National Mall. Definitely recommend arranging parking through the owner. We did that and found street parking right in front of the building without any problems. The owner is super responsive and was extremely attentive. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the DC area. "
