"We had the most pleasant stay here for my daughter's wedding weekend. All of my family enjoyed their rooms, family gathering area and that pool...that pool!! And the beautiful koi pond too! It was the best time. With all the wedding preparation in the air Jen's home and the beautiful environment brought in the perfect element of relaxation that we needed when we were in and out and on the go! Thank you Jen... I would definitely love to return and stay again when we have less going on and just enjoy lounging by the pool all day! "

"The house was on a cul-de-sac, so we parked in the street, which was fine. The pool was very nice. However, the grill was dirty. The house was very dated. The showers were dingy and dirty in desperate need of glazing. The beds were comfortable and the towels were very good quality. There is NO KITCHEN. There is only a hot plate. Although, this property is 16 miles from downtown Tampa, an hour is still needed to get there because of traffic. Over all it was just an ok stay. "

"The pool was relatively small. The house was suppose to be set for 9 people. There wasn’t enough silverware so we purchased some for the house. The drain was clogged in one of the bathrooms and the tv remotes’ batteries were dead and there were some problems with communication checking in. There was plenty of space in the driveway for all our vehicles which was very much appreciated. It was not deluxe but it was nice enough and the price was very reasonable. "

"Fully equipped 1 bed condo with everything I needed. Communication was great with the host. Good location and very quiet. I took advantage of the host’s offer to rent 3 nights and get the 4th night free. I’m definitely coming back."

Messaged the host several times with no response and finally after driving a half a day to get there, he finally told me he was sorry but had to cancel upon arrival. If I would have known earlier I could’ve searched for further accommodations. I also had to fight for my refund due to him cancelling. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this home whatsoever. "

"Very clean. Very quiet. Comfy beds. Very equipped kitchen. Nice grill. Our teenagers and tween boys enjoyed it all. Great for fishing and exploring nature that visits the lake. I highly recommend. Close to Zoo, Busch Gardens, FL Aquarium, etc. "
