"We had a wonderful stay at Melia Valencia. Although we were initially given the wrong room, Laura from The Level resolved everything quickly and professionally, making the experience completely stress-free. The hotel is well connected by bus to the Old Town (62), Malvarrosa Beach (99), and is only around 15 minutes from the airport. Upgrading to The Level was well worth it for the exclusive lounge.
