Our cabin boasts modern updates and amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TVs.

Bedrooms:

Master Suite: Features a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and plenty of room

Bedroom 2: Cozy queen-size bed with plush bedding and ample storage.

Bedroom 3: Perfect for kids or additional guests, with a bunk bed, full size bed, and rustic decor.

Living Spaces:

Living Room: Relax in the spacious living area with a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, 55` Smart TV, and large windows that bring the outdoors in.

Kitchen:

Fully stocked kitchen with everything you`ll need to prepare a meal.
Also included is a Keurig machine and drip coffee maker.

Dining Area:

Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for 8, adjacent to the kitchen for easy access.

Game Room:

Large area with a gas fireplace, pool table, foosball, and futon. Enjoy hours of fun with friends and family.

Outdoor Spaces:

Step outside to a large deck with seating, fireplace, and breathtaking views of the farm and pond.

Also, take some time to visit the Gazebo where a 6 person hot tub awaits you.

Guests have access to the house but not the basement. We also ask guests to not enter the barn area.

We`re available if you need us.

Pond Use
The fishing pond is yours to use. Fishing is catch and release. You`ll also see ducks and geese migrating as well as deer. Please do not feed or interfere with the wildlife.

No Swimming Allowed. Fishing is allowed by catch-and-release from the shore only.

Hot Tub, Pond & Amenity Use Disclaimer:

The Guest acknowledges that there are specific health and safety risks associated with using the hot tub , pond, and other areas of the cabin.

The Guest understands that these amenities may pose potential dangers, particularly for children, individuals with medical conditions, those who are intoxicated, using drugs, taking medications, and/or are pregnant.

Guests agree to explain these risks to all members of their party. Guests are fully and solely responsible for any accidents, medical conditions, injuries, or damages resulting from misuse of these amenities.

Guests are permitted access to the pond; however, swimming and related activities are strictly prohibited.

Guests are responsible for all costs associated with repairs, removal of foreign objects or debris, and trash removal in and around the pond area.

Guests assume all risks related to the use of amenities, including but not limited to the hot tub, pond, fire pit, and fireplaces.

Guests also agree not to hold the homeowner, management company, or maintenance crew responsible for any accidents that may occur.

The Guest agrees to waive any claims against the Owner, Management Company, and Maintenance contractors for accidents, injuries, medical conditions, or claims arising from the use of the cabin amenities, pond, or hot tub by themselves or their guests.

Additionally, the Guest understands and agrees that they are responsible and liable for any damages to the cabin amenities and hot tub, including its support equipment.

By booking this location, guests have agreed they have read and agree to this disclaimer and it contents therein and understand the risks outlined above and agree to assume all responsibility for themselves and their guests.
1. Quiet hours: Between 10 pm and 7 am. Please be considerate of our neighbors.

2. Access: Guests are allowed access to the property with the exception of the barns and garage.

3. Alcohol: Guests are allowed to bring alcohol in moderation. No Drunkenness.

4. Drugs: No drugs or illegal substances on any kind, including marijuana.

5. Smoking: Allowed outside only. NO smoking in the home. DO NOT dispose of buds on the ground.

6. Behavior: No foul language, inappropriate, lewd, or provocative behavior. Please dress modestly.

7. Trash: Please dispose of trash and waste in appropriate containers.

8. Pets: We have a No Pets policy unless it is a certified service animal. However, we will consider requests on a case by case basis. Sorry, due to allergens and cleaning cats are not allowed.

9. No Parties: This home is NOT a venue for parties. Violation of the policy WILL result in immediate eviction without notice or refund.

Please Note: A $400 cleaning fee will be assessed for violation of the smoking and drug policies.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB AND AMENITIES - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

HOT TUB & AMENITIES: Guest understands that there are special health risks that may be involved in using the hot tub, as well as safety risks using other areas of the cabin. In particular, he or she understands that there are potential dangers that these amenities may present to children, any person with medical conditions, is intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant. The hot tub should be kept at a temperature that is LESS than 104 degrees for personal safety.

Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Owner or Management Company for accidents, medical conditions or claims arising from his or her own use or guests’ use of the cabin amenities or hot tub. Guest also understands and agrees that he or she is responsible and liable and will pay Owner upon request for any damages that occur to the cabin amenities and hot tub and its support equipment through his or her own or guests’ misuse and/or negligence, including but not limited to, neglecting to extinguish all fires in the grill or fire pit, failing to replace and secure the hot tub cover, disconnecting power to and/or draining the hot tub, or damaging the hot tub filtration system with foreign objects, soaps or oils, or causing excessive water overflow.

POND: Guests are allowed access to the pond but swimming and related activities are strictly prohibited. Fishing is allowed on a catch and release basis. Guests agrees to not enter the water by person or otherwise, disturb local wildlife (deer, migratory birds, etc.), or alter/damage the pond or waterway. This includes throwing rocks into the pond. Guest is responsible for all costs associated with repair, removal of foreign objects/debris, and trash removal in and around the pond area.

Guest assumes all risks related to the use of amenities including but not limited to the Hot Tub, Pond, Fire Pit, Fire Places and agrees to explain the risks of using these amenities to all guests at the cabin. The Guest is fully and solely responsible for any accidents, medical conditions or injuries for his or her guests and all damages related to misuse. Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that he or she will assume all responsibility for his or herself and and their guests. Guest also agrees to not hold the homeowner, management company, or maintenance crew responsible for any accidents that occur.
