About this property
Entire place
You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
For more about Abaco & our home, view our website at www.abacobeachrentals.com And like us on facebook at Abaco Beach Rentals Casuarina Point is a unique location with beautiful, crystal clear shallow water. This area boasts some of the prettiest white sand beaches in the world, one of which is at your doorstep. The reef that protects the bay provides for calm waters unlike many oceanfront beaches. With several small uninhabited islands in the area you can always find something to do. There are blue holes, shoals, flats, sand banks and at least three very private beaches for swimming and picnics. If you like fly fishing for the elusive bone fish you need not go any further than right out the front door. Several of our guests have caught them wading less the five hundred feet from the house. The sand banks in the area are a great place for the young and old to discover new things like rays, star fish, shelling and sand dollars which we can guarantee that you will find. There is much to do if you wish to get out and explore. For your use there are three kayaks and the option to rent our small motorized boat. If you choose this option I will need to add the fee after you book. The thirteen foot Boston Whaler will allow you to venture further and discover even more. Our beachfront home is situated such that the beach is on one side and the canal access is on the other therefore you will be able to use the boat regardless of tides. Our home is the only beach house in Casuarina Point that has no restriction due to tides. Should you decide on having us arrange deep sea, bonefish or snorkeling charters the captains can pick you up at your doorstep. Once again the only beachfront in Casuarina where this can be done. Our home is elevated for good breezes and provides spectacular views of the blues and greens of the bay during the day and millions of stars at night. Watching the moon or sunrise over the bay can be an exhilarating experience. Beach chairs are provided along with lounge chairs for the sun deck. On the covered porch we have an outdoor dining table with seating, Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs and a stainless steel Kitchenaid grill. There is a Tiki Hut on the beach with beach chairs that provide you some shade on the beach and a nice place to have lunch. Key Lime Beach House is very well outfitted as listed below with ample space and very comfortable furnishings as you will see by the photos and items listed. Wireless internet and cable throughout, local and internet phone provided. 3 ensuite bedrooms, all with spectacular beach views, top quality furnishings, linens and towels. 1 king bed with double shower & walk-in closet with entrance to covered deck. 1 queen bed with shower and large closet and entrance to covered deck. 1 queen bed with tub/shower & closet. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s and excellent views of the beach, bay, ocean and surrounding islands. For those who may like to sleep late the bedrooms have blackout curtains for the areas where sunlight may be an issue. The living area has leather sofa, love seat and chair with ottoman. A 52” Flat Screen Smart TV, DVD player, IPod doc and surround sound. Games, Movies, Music provided, Books and Cookbooks. Inside dining table has seating for eight. Breakfast bar seating for three, porch dining seating for six. Kitchen and breakfast bar have beautiful granite countertops, full size refrigerator with icemaker, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, hand mixer, blender, Cuisine grind & brew coffee maker, can opener, toaster, fondue pot, food processor, flatware service for 12, cooking utensils, cutlery, bake ware, dishes-service for 12, beach coolers, glass and insulated tumblers, barware, cookware and a large variety of spices.
Our beachfront vacation home is a great place for family get togethers, fly fishing, bone fishing, deep sea fishing, kayaking, shelling, picnicking, boating, diving, snorkeling, swimming, beach combing, shelling, barbequing, exploring or simply relaxing. Guaranteed not to hear sirens or auto traffic.

One of the prettiest places I've ever been. House was even nicer than we expected. Definitely off the beaten path. We made right choice to rent a van. Very relaxing trip.
Was a great place to stay. Beautiful house and area. Recommended for fishing or floating. Very shallow for swimming here. The power went out four days, however. But this is not the fault of the property. I’m guessing it is an island thing…..
We had a fabulous time. If you want to wind down and relax this is the place. The home is beautiful, the host is lovely and the beach is very private. We rented their boat and it was great for fishing and exploring. Highly recommend the Key Lime House for a peaceful and relaxing time...
The house was great but we were unlucky to experience unusually persistent high winds from north east which prevented us from maximising on lovely location and facilities.
Amazing home with gorgeous views! If you are looking for a home to unplug, relax, enjoy family, fish, snorkel, or just sit in the water and relax, this is the perfect home! We kayaked, fished, snorkeled, read books, ate great local food and some of the snapper my son caught! We saw turtles, tons of starfish, stingrays, and many, many fish! Donna was so helpful if we had any questions and the house has everything you would need! You must rent the boat that comes with the house, it’s a must to explore!
We had a great holiday week over Christmas! We have visited several other islands in the Bahamas and every one is unique! The cool thing about this island is the abundance of sea life! This house is situated with the mangroves on one side and the ocean on the other. Right out the back doors we saw an ABUNDANCE of conch, sea turtles, sting rays, a barracuda, TON of star fish, a small nurse shark, pin fish, puffer fish, an octopus and bonefish! The house was spacious enough for the six of us to spread out and gather when we were entertaining. The boat that you can rent is a MUST DO! We had the time of our life on it and the experiences and memories we made will be cherished.
This was the most relaxing vacation, EVER! The Key Lime house is perfect, private, well stocked, and beautiful! The end of the road privacy was a bonus, and we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The paddle board and three kayaks were an additional bonus!
Donna's communication was over the top! She gave us so much excellent information and responded immediately to any questions. I highly recommend this property!
Thank you, Donna, for sharing your beautiful home!
The website doesn't do this justice. The accomodations are top-notch, and Donna the hostess, is incredibly helpful for guiding you to various activities. Best location in Casuarina Point for adventuring. Some highlights of activities: Having our own boat out the back door. Long walks on a beautiful beach. Superlative flyfishing for bonefish with Marty Sawyer out of Cherokee. Visiting with a local Manatee. Snorkeling, fishing, and lobstering with Walker Wong from Casuarina Point. Thanksgiving lobster dinner delivered to our house at an incredibly reasonable price. Wade-fishing the flat in front of our VRBO for one of the biggest bonefish I've caught.
We loved the Key Lime Beach House! The weather and water was perfection we spent our days enjoying the boat, the kayaks and relaxation ! We hope to return for sure!!
This was our third stay at this property and it was amazing as usual! The owners are extremely communicative and helpful and the location and amenities can’t be beat! We will be back as often as possible!
This location is perfect for people that just want to relax. I don’t think we ever saw more than 5 people on the entire beach. Donna was very friendly and always responsive to any questions I had.

Our Fabulous Bahamas getaway
We left the world behind and entered into complete relaxation and contentment. Donna and Jamie were wonderful hosts, showing us the lay of the land and sea and were very accommodating with everything we needed. The home is both beautiful and comfortable with unbelievable views. It was just enough to fill our days with snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, exploring and fun. We will definitely be back next years with our families.
Donna helped me make the most of our trip. We were looking for a quiet place to get away and we found it! The house was just as described. Donna was very helpful connecting us to JR the Bonefisherman and a nice catered dinner. We also toured the Abaco NEEM farm. WE will be back!
If your looking for a place to get away from the rest, this is it! Beautiful home, beautiful water, beautiful beaches, and beautiful weather. The privacy and seclusion of this property makes it heaven on earth. Plenty of beaches and water to snorkel and explore, plus kayaking, boating, and fishing are available to your hearts content! There are great opportunities to enjoy yummy local cuisine or take a quick drive to March Harbour for delicious restaurants. You won’t regret staying at this island retreat!

Relaxing week
Our family (4 kids ages 16,9,8 and 7) spent Thanksgiving week here and it couldn't have been nicer! The house is fully stocked with anything you may need and the owners were so kind and helpful. Having the boat was key as it allowed us to explore other little islands. Our kids loved the kayaks too. If you're on the fence about booking, just do it. You won't be disappointed!
We just spent a fantastic week in the Key Lime house.
Donna and James are wonderful hosts, always available to answer any question you might have or to give any suggestion. We enjoyed a lot the kayaks and the boat. Thanks to those we have been able to visit the many beautiful beaches that are around in the vicinity.
The house offers all the comforts you need, a well furnished kitchen, lots of bathroom and beach towels and a great selection of games and puzzles.
Thanks Donna and James for making our stay even more memorable. Can’t wait to book another vacation at your beach house!

Beach Paradise!
Our goal was to escape to the beach and a relaxing, comfortable beach home. Key Lime Beach House far exceeded our expectations. The house is new, furnished beautifully and located on a pristine beach with a great view just out the back door. The flats and bay provided wonderful opportunity to explore the local small islands, snorkel, and fly fish the shallows. The sunrises and sunsets are the things memories are made of. Thanks Jamie and Donna for sharing your piece of paradise! We look forward to returning to Casaurina Point!
A great week, even if the bonefish didn’t cooperate
My brother and son joined me for a fishing trip at this wonderful spot on it’s own beach. The flats in front of the house are ideal and we saw lots of bonefish but they were nervous. The house was very comfortable with gorgeous sunrises. We’ll be back next year to build on the experience we had this year. We know every rock, stick and mangrove shoot and cast at most of them!

Key Lime
We throughly enjoyed the Key Lime house. It had everything we needed and more. Taking the kayaks out down the channel or open ocean to observe both birds and ocean life was one of our evening activities. The boat that came with the house was great for visiting other beaches recommended by Donna and James. Both Donna and James were very helpful in providing information of the area and even took my husband out to show him areas to dive, fish, snorkel etc. The house is in a very quiet section which we look for in a vacation. We will not hesitate to visit again.
The unit was beautiful. The location was fantastic. The only issues we had were that the screens on the lanais were being replaced which was very loud and the pool was not open yet due to Ian. Those things were beyond anyone’s control though. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Perfect family vacation
Donna and Jamie's oasis in the Caribbean could not have been more perfect. Jamie visited us on the first night and dropped off fresh fish he had just caught! Our family of 5 (3 kids- 13, 11, 8) felt like we were on our own private island. Every day, at low tide, we would visit our starfish friends, unbelievable specimens unlike anything we've ever seen. We collected amazing conch shells and spent one lovely morning chasing a lobster. The house really felt like our own- spacious, tastefully decorated, with full use of kayaks, the motorboat, and a paddle board. We'll be back!

Beautiful New House, 10 steps to Gorgeous Beach
The house was very nice, and well kept like new, nice new appliances, beach towels, family games, kayaks, paddle board, etc. the layout has 2 bedrooms on one side each with own bath and master on the other with living , dining, and kitchen in between. Everything was perfect! Large covered back porch with views of the beach and ocean. We sat there every night for dinner and to watch the thousands of stars. The beach was so private and loved the tiki hut when we needed some shade. The small boat was great for fishing, turtle watching (saw lots of sea turtles) and checking out the sound.
Would highly recommend!
