This 23 m² air-conditioned studio, ideal for a couple's getaway, welcomes you to a peaceful setting, perfect for a romantic weekend, a nature escape, or a relaxing holiday in the Anjou region.

The studio features a bright and functional living area with a fully equipped kitchen (two-burner hob, tabletop refrigerator, combination microwave/grill) for easy meal preparation. Please note that there is no dishwasher. The lounge area, furnished with a television and coffee table, provides a pleasant place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Adjacent to the living area, the sleeping area, separated by a screen, features a 140x190 cm double bed (with storage drawers), creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the accommodation.

Outside, enjoy a private terrace at the entrance to the property, furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers—perfect for savoring sunny days and balmy evenings in Anjou.

The owners live nearby. Parking is available in front of the property. Access is possible in front of the private terrace. Wi-Fi access is provided. A shared laundry room with a private washing machine is located next to the accommodation.
