"Centennial Hotel housed many Spokanites (and their pets) when we were evacuated from our homes recently due to wildfires. Front desk staff were patient with our daily requests to extend our stay as we waited for the evacuation orders to be lifted. It was particularly helpful to have a beautiful pool area to entertain the children and a laundry facility to keep our few pieces of clothing clean. We just happened to meet Jason, a facilities employee (?) in the lobby one morning, and when I mentioned a peculiar smell in my room, he quickly grabbed some supplies and treated the bathroom drains. I was impressed by his professionalism and willingness to address the issue promptly to ensure our stay was comfortable. Thank you, Jason and Centennial!"

"Our stay was pleasant. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and the king sized bed was extremely comfortable. We had the air conditioner set and when it would come on it sounded like we were taking off in a plane. I don't know if all the rooms air-conditioners sounded like that. Bring earplugs and put them in and sleep amazing."
