"Had a swim out suite which was very nice. Daily room service was attentive to towel replacement and mini bar was restocked daily to requested needs. Concierge Roberto was awesome. Exchanged WhatsApp info and communicated through text. He checked on us every day and quickly responded if we requested anything. From a bucket of ice, to organizing transportation to the airport, it was taken care of. The only suggestion I would have is to have the main buffet area open during dinner. Selection during breakfast and lunch was nice and changed daily. Just wished we could of had this as an option for dinner."

"The service and hotel were amzing ! We get there and Elizebeth greats us with a smile and she were drained and shots for me and my family. And than after the check in she introduced us to Alfred or personal concierge for our entire stay! Alfred was amazing. We got there and he’s like let me show you guys where the restaurant is because I know you guys are hungry as we’re walking. He’s explaining the hotel he explains. He’s our private concierge as well. He explains on the way that we could go go with him or we could stop at his desk and look at the restaurant options. He already had taken the privilege of booking the overall best restaurants at the resort we actually stood with hair recommendations. His recommendations were on point. I can’t say how much Alfred was there for us every morning he greeted us for breakfast anytime he seen us. He wanted to make sure we were OK that there was nothing that was missing from my room or any of that as well. He did help us set up our excursions as well that same day he got everything set up for us and we’re set for the entire week. He was in fishing. He was courteous and my true honest opinion is he provided over the top service for the hotel and the whole staff was amazing all the staff was great so I can’t say more and I do give this hotel a high 10 because the little touches that they provided for us was amazing. Thank you."

"Wonderful staff! We loved the restaurants. The wait staff is so friendly and fun. We were lucky enough to have Carlos as our waiter for 3 consecutive nights. Laura in concierge services was fenomenal. The entertainment crew put together lots of fun activities and music/dance each night. We had a great vacation"

"My sister and I recently stayed at Catalonia, and we had such a wonderful experience. From the moment you walk into the lobby, you immediately feel welcomed. Every member of the staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything you need. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless. One thing that really stood out to us was how clean everything was. You constantly see staff cleaning the rooms, hallways, and common areas, which shows how much they care about maintaining the property. I especially want to recognize Quetzabel, one of the hostess at the pool restaurant. She is an amazing woman with such warmth and genuine kindness. Her attention to every guest was outstanding, and she truly made us feel special. I also want to thank Eddy from the entertainment team. He made our stay so much more fun with his energy, talent, and positive attitude. He is incredibly talented and has a big heart. The food and drinks were delicious, and every meal was something we looked forward to. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely return. Thank you to everyone at Catalonia for making our vacation so memorable!"
