Pick up took 45 minutes. The driver told me he had been waiting for pick up for 15 minutes which was a lie since I had been standing in the same spot for 45 minutes. The lady answering my phone calls was very slow at helping and I had to call 6 times.

There's no laundry in the property, and the elevator is broken for half of the stay. The staff did a good job of replying.
