"Hotel within 3 minutes walk of main historic sites. Nice clean room, very pleasant and helpful staff, good continental breakfast in nice setting. Car park was absolutely fine for our stay and hotel permitted us to leave our car while we visites the museum the following day. No restaurant at hotel but a reasonable choice within less than 5 minutes walk. Overall, very satisfied."

"Everything was great very nice. Only issue was that we had no hot water to shower the morning we left, which ironically enough is exactly why we booked them because of a hot water issue at another facility. As we left they told us it was fixed and we could use it but we were already packed up and had plans/timetables for the day. Otherwise it was a great place to stay."

"From the moment we arrived, Dave and Allison made us feel very welcomed. The room was immaculate and very well dressed. After we explained the nature of our visit, Dave, who has a vast knowledge of all things to do with World War II, kindly recommended many things for us to pack in our short trip. We were very appreciated of his knowledge. I highly recommend having dinner at the farmhouse. One of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life. I rate this 10 out of 10. "

"The property was as advertised and the location was very convenient by car to the D-Day history offered by the area. We were surprised by the cleaning fee given if you are not in a position to spend half a day scrubbing down the facility. Communications with the owner were in French and required us to electronically translate everything. Do know that the only bathroom is down a quite narrow and winding staircase and that both bedrooms are upstairs"

"We were in the French countryside The breakfast was continental. We were asked what time we would like breakfast and did we want tea or coffee When we arrived in the dining room or breakfast was laid out for us on the table Natural yogurt.apple juice,fruit,various breads butter homemade quince jam and cheese.when we were eating Madame brought in fresh scrambled eggs…from her hens."

"The house itself looks great from the outsite and is located as described further away from other houses. Hence the surrounding is very quiet what we expected and liked a lot. The garden is lovely and well kept. The inside of the house was not as clean as we expected and others have described. There was a lot of dust for example in the corners and unter the beds. One of the biggest issues were the very many woodlice in the house, especially on the first floor in the bedrooms. With a house old as this you can expect a few insects here and there of course, but there were simply too many for comfort, especially on the first floor. "
