"When we arrived, my husband wasn't well. I asked for a weelchair to help us- none available- PLEASE GET ONE AS YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN ONE MIGHT BE NEEDED. Proper room service would also help. The staff were very helpful to us, as far as was possible"

"We were looking for somewhere comfortable to stay while attending an event in the area. The friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, lovely grounds to walk around and sit out in, and a good range of lovely food for breakfast in a lovely and clean room surrounded by windows that look out over the grounds made this a most pleasant stay. We would highly recommend it. The only grumble from my husband was the traditional English breakfast which is served includes only one sausage and one hash-brown!"
