Spa Hotel Imperial

"This was my second time at Spa Hotel Imperial. The room was wonderfully maintained. All is perfectly clean and room cleaning ladies do a superb job. Spa offers excellent choices and becher bath is something truly unique. I was able to observe that employees in all areas are kind and take time to help guests. Also, employees at the breakfast restaurant are well trained, kind, pleasant and in one word superb. The Hotel garden is so lovely and provides guests one more area to relax. I love it here and I’ll certainly come again."

"Excellent choice of the hotel for us for the short stay in town. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We arrived after hours and the key was left for us with a note at the front desk. It was quiet at night even though the hotel is located on the central street breakfast in the morning was a delicious treat."

"I loved the Panorama Sauna and the seating area around it. Parking was free and always available. The hotel provided a fan, because there is no aircon in the rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Generally the hotel is really stylish and is in a nice setting with good underground parking (although this is quite a bit extra). The breakfasts are sufficient and well presented. The pool and spa are nice and clean and what you would expect from a hotel of this cost. It's a 10mins walk in to the town (downhill going, but uphill coming back 😧). Overall, it's is a decent 5star hotel with service and amenities you would expect for what you are paying."

"If I owned a hotel this is how I would like it to be run. Great service but informal & friendly. Room excellent & spacious Breakfast perfect. Well appointed gym & pool. Interior design outstanding. But the best thing about it is the staff who all make you feel very welcome-nothing is too much trouble."
