"Place had a lot of defects: especially that bedroom was on top floor (of 3) and bathrooms were on bottom floor. Narrow, twisting staircases connected the floors without adequate lighting. People with mobility issues would have a problem. We couldn't stay on top floor and risk those stairs in middle of night. So we had to sleep on uncomfortable couches. "Nice place, fairly centrally located. Check-in process wasn’t smooth and it was hard to find. Once we got in it was fine except the only coffee maker was some sort of Nespresso type of machine that required pods and there were no pods. We tried to buy some but they didn’t seem to work in the machine. "

"This is a small small room. It is in an old building and all a bit of a mess. Pictures do not give you true perspective of the room. Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . If you are over 21 do not stay here."
