Ground floor: living room-kitchen-lounge area. Large laundry room. 2 adjoining bedrooms (2 beds of 0.90 m, 1 bed of 1.40 m). Bathroom with shower and bathtub. WC. On the 1st floor: a large bedroom (1 bed of 1.60m). Gas heating included.
Outside: Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Possibility of storing bicycles in a room. 1 shelter under shed for 1 car.
No internet. Non-smoking accommodation. Ideal place to discover the rich heritage of Loir-et-Cher, this cottage is perfect for a family holiday discovering the Châteaux. Located in Chaumont-sur-Loire, 5 minutes from its Château and its magnificent gardens, you are also close to the Château de Cheverny, Blois, Chenonceau, Chambord… In addition to its location, your cottage is also very quiet, pleasant and well equipped, everything you need to spend a good relaxing holiday. Other activities are within your reach, for example, cycling on the banks of the Loire thanks to the Loire à Vélo route, or hot air balloon flights to admire this beautiful region from the sky.
