Spectacular Views ~ Walk to Riverfront!

Enjoy everything Chattanooga has to offer from this modern 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom solar powered home with striking views. Located in the highly desired North Shore neighborhood in Chattanooga. This energy efficient green home is one of four built in 2018 as a NextGen showcase using environmentally conscious construction. http://www.greenspaceschattanooga.org/nextgen

Free parking right in front for up to 3 cars. Walking distance to Coolidge park and the riverfront (8-10 minutes), and dozens of restaurants and attractions. This house is just 5 blocks from Publix and a mile from Whole Foods. There is an on-site host who lives a few doors down available to help with anything you might need, and recommend our favorite things to do.

Kitchen & Dining: Kitchen fully stocked with kitchen utensils and mountain views. Kitchen amenities include: Induction oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and a grill on the outdoor downstairs patio. Bar seating for two and dining table seating for 6.

Outdoor: Main level balcony boasting mountain views and comfortable seating. Has an outdoor TV for those who enjoy watching sports while relaxing outdoors. Master bedroom has a balcony that invites relaxation. From the master balcony, you can access the bottom floor outdoor hangout area with a fire pit and seating for 4.
Tech: This is a smart home with detailed instructions to operate smart home appliances and features. The home has TV’s in every room with access to log into all of your favorite apps. We offer free high speed WiFi and two work spaces for travelers looking to work from home. Outdoor Ring cameras for your safety. (No indoor cameras for your privacy.)

Bedrooms:
Room 1: Main level- this bedroom has a king bed, closet and TV. It also has it’s own bathroom that is available for guests to use while they are using the main living space.
Room 2: Downstairs- This is the master bedroom. It has a king bed, it’s own bathroom, closet, TV, and balcony with views.
Room 3: Downstairs- This is a bedroom with a queen bed, it has its own full bathroom in the hallway, closet, TV.
Bonus Beds: Pullout full sofa bed in living room- great for kids but just big enough for adults (a few inches shy of full size). Pack and Play available.

Absolute perfection! I don’t write reviews, but this place truly deserves one. So centrally located you can walk to pretty much everything. Grocery store and coffee nearby. Well-appointed and well-decorated with great views. Beds, bedding and linens all super comfy. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. The only drawback was unexpected road noise when on the patio, but you couldn’t hear a thing when inside. Will definitely return!!

Great location - Perfect place

We found this to be a perfect location on the North Shore and Ashley was so helpful with recommendations on restaurants and shopping. The place has everything you could need including cozy blankets for relaxing on the sofa, umbrellas, keurig, an extra key, etc. The beds were so comfortable and the porch was a great place to relax and chat with friends.

TN Home Base for Two Weeks

Great views, perfect location, awesome house!

We loved our stay here! The house was stocked with everything we needed and so comfortable! Beautiful views of the mountains and centrally located for everything we wanted to do. Whole Foods is within 5 mins and Publix is literally right down the street, which was super convenient. The hosts graciously gave some excellent restaurant recommendations - we barely cooked but the kitchen had everything you’d need! Easy access to the highway. Only 15-20 mins max to Rock City, Incline Railway, Ruby Falls. Short drive across the river to the aquarium and children’s creative discovery museum. We loved our visit and would definitely stay here again!

North Chatt bliss

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, well stocked and extremely comfortable. It made a great launching place for our journeys around Chattanooga. There are many restaurants within close proximity so walking is an option. The location was fabulous and allowed for easy access, whether on foot or in the car. Thanks for the great stay!

Lovely home with amazing views and nearby things to do

We stayed here right after Christmas with our adult children and loved the place. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host thought of everything, including well labeled light switches and remotes, a well-stocked kitchen, and more. There are several restaurants and a Publix grocery store within walking distance. We walked over the pedestrian bridge to the downtown/tourist areas with no problems. This was a bit of a splurge but we don't regret it at all. Street was fairly private and we felt safe the entire time.

Stay here in Chattanooga

Awesome clean and comfortable solar powered house in north Chattanooga. Great lication for coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Easy walk to pedestrian bridge that crosses to new Bluff District with more shops, museums, restaurants and bars. House was very clean, modern, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Manager lived a few houses away and responded to questions very quickly. Would definitely stay here again when back in the area.

Great stay in Chattanooga!

This house was perfect for our weekend trip to Chattanooga. Had everything we needed and more. Beautiful views. Think I saw a bald eagle! Def saw a red tail hawk fly right over the balcony. I sorted out the mixed up dominoes for you haha!

Great experience!

Everything was great about this property. Very convenient to all the downtown experiences and several local dining options. Prompt and courteous communication that helped resolve any issue that popped up. We would recommend this property for anyone staying near the downtown area.

The Blue House Was Perfect!

Chattanooga was a central meeting point for a group of longtime friends, and the Blue House was absolutely perfect for us. Everything from the property layout to parking to the little touches that elevate an experience to a true 5 star level! Super clean and very convenient to the things we wanted to see and do. We didn’t really cook outside of coffee and using the microwave, but we all noticed how well equipped the kitchen was and how well it was laid out if you were cooking. Our host Ashley gets 5 stars of her own ~ she anticipated our needs and was very responsive to any questions. She made great dining recommendations, too! Highly recommend this property and host.

Wonderful home in a beautiful city

This house exceeded all expectations. A wonderful house in a great location. Easy walk to downtown area of Chattanooga and convenient access to interstates to get to other parts of city. Views from the back of home are wonderful. All amenities are as good or better than described. We had four seniors and everyone loved the home. If we come back to Chattanooga we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay with old friends

This property was perfect! We are three couples that have been friends for over 30 years who decided to meet in Chatanooga for a long weekend. This home is beautiful and very well appointed with everything you need. The location is fantastic and we were able to walk to great restaurants and the Aquarium. Now we just want to go back and stay longer!

Spring in Chattanooga

We enjoyed spending time together in this lovely house while hiking and sight seeing. The outdoor seating was a nice bonus! We could walk to restaurants, shops, and the river which was especially nice when some of the group was worn out, but some were still wanting to be out and about.

Fantastic home away from home!

I stayed here with my sons for a little spring break getaway. I cannot say enough good things about the house. It is very well kept, super clean, and had everything that I could possibly need and more. There was plenty of room for us and we are planning to come back with the whole family another time. Anytime we return to Chattanooga to visit our son who is in college there, we will try to book this charming house. The neighborhood is so convenient to everything we wanted to do and the view was lovely. Check in and out were both so easy and we had ZERO issues!
