"Room was clean and quiet - faced into the courtyard. Parking is pricy but secure. Walking distance to Metro line. Fan in bathroom was noisy and there are signs of wear and tear on the property so don't expect a high end resort, but just a solid place to rest and explore the city."

"The property in the location are great as well as the grounds. However, the rooms are tired and need renovations. The carpets are very dirty. The balcony chairs were broken and the air-conditioning didn’t really work properly. The property doesn’t justify the price they charge nor does it live up to the Fairmont standard compared to other properties around the country or the world and is overpriced for what you get. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but as indicated above, the property is in need of a renovation."
