"Parking is very difficult after dark. Every single space is designed for sub-compacts only. Toilet was not flushing on arrival, but maintenance was quick to arrive and work on it. However, it still was not working well at check-out. The only sink in the room would fill up quickly because of a slow drain problem. "

"The room was clean and the Staff were kind and helpful. We loved the free hotel shuttle service to Universal Studios and City walk. Kids loved the pool and Adults loves the pool side Bar and hot tub."

"The location is good but the room which was a Hollywood sign view room isn’t quite what I expected with the view overlooking mainly the exterior of other buildings with the sign barely visible. The room was very basic but clean and spacious. The bathroom was shower only but again clean and tidy. The hotel appears to be a business hotel and seems to cater around business facilities rather than tourism and lacks the character of other hotels in the area."

"Very lovely hotel. Love the no tipping policy. Staff are good and friendly. I think the policy that requires you pay half the cost of the room in order to stay two hours longer is ridiculous and the desk staff should be able to grant more time depending on the situation. The cost of the rooms and the amenities don’t really match. There should be package deals for parents of students that decrease the costs. Room service is kind of a joke, it’s just to-go brought to your room. No plates, silverware provided. Not worth the added charge. "
