"The room was not as pictured. The parking was absolutely horrendous. The parking spot for our particular room was in a very narrow driveway and made it very hard to get in and out not only for us but other guests. The room was tidy, however the fridge did fall out of the cavity when opened. There was two single beds pushed together to create a double bed. The basin in the bathroom was stained, the shower head sprayed water out the top if the shower was turned on to an adequate flow, the water did not drain correctly from the shower so the bathroom was covered in a large amount of water, there was a shampoo dispenser but no conditioner instead there was body wash.
There was teeth and claw marks in the back of the bathroom door, the door did not lock.
The curtain wasn't hemmed correctly making it a tripping hazard.
The area was a nice area and the places we wanted to go to were easily accessible and within walking distance.
Overall for the price of the room it was reasonable for East Melbourne just expected certain things to be basic expectations as they are matenince issues that should have been addressed."
