"Our room and six other rooms were broken into and robbed. I’m not sure how they got the key to a door you need a key card to open it, but somehow they got into my room and six other rooms and took very valuable belongings. When asked the staff to review their cameras, they said we would have to make a police report, which makes no sense because it’s their establishment. We should be secure in their hotel and they acted like it was no big deal. The fact that they were able to get into our doors...

"Great property. We needed the air con and made good use of the outside pool as temp in the 30’s. Bit hot for sight seeing but excellent view of the castle from the property."
