"They charge 2,000 yen ($12/day pp) to use the pool per day per person. i’ve never heard of a Hotel doing this. The listing shows the pool was included so they refunded my charge. Other than that, we really loved the rooms and really loved our stay here. It’s a perfect location for American Village."

"The room was located in a very convenient spot for us trying to go to Disney Sea as it was only a 13 min walk to the park and a 10 min walk to the mall. It was awesome and everyone was super helpful in the staff, even though we did not speak Japanese. I recommend having an offline translator just in case to make things easier for both yourself and the staff in case any special requests or questions come up.
