The deluxe two-bed was good for two adults and two children (5-11). The kitchenette gave us room for snacks and small meals. The washer and dryer allowed us the convenience of cleaning laundry in our room. The property is in walking distance for a lot of restraunts and the beach.

The room was spacious and large enough for our family of 4, which included a travel cot for our baby. It was nice that the bathroom was through the foyer so it didn't disturb anyone sleeping. The washer and dryer were brilliant too. We used it most days. The location was perfect for beach access to Araha beach or a short walk to Sunset beach/American Village (via the Blue Seal ice cream shop!). In fact we found Araha beach to be a nicer beach to swim at than Sunset beach so spent more time there. Chatan Gateway is also an easy walk for getting around, even with a 3-year-old and a baby in a stroller. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot! After travelling all over Japan and basically staying in shoe boxes, the Terrace resort felt like home. Everything was clean, beds were soft and cozy, and large closet to hang your clothes. Having a washer/dryer and a kitchenette was super handy too. The value here was unmatched.

Nice big rooms. Stove burner, big fridge & freezer. There is a washer & dryer in the bathroom. Plenty of got water! Very close to restaurants & The American Village. Across the street from Camp Foster.
