Nestled in charming Sherrills Ford, this expansive property blends the cozy character of Sunset Cottages with the modern luxury of Sensational Sunsets, offering three beautifully designed houses, ten bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, and accommodations for up to twenty-four guests. It's the perfect setting for family reunions, milestone celebrations, or a memorable getaway with friends, all framed by sweeping lake views from sunrise to sunset.

The cottages provide warmth and charm, with inviting interiors that make you feel right at home. The main cottage features an open-concept layout with exposed brick and shiplap details, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunny dining nook, and a spacious living area filled with natural light. Two queen bedrooms, including one with an en suite bath, offer a comfortable retreat. Just steps away, the guest cottage creates a private hideaway with a king bedroom, a built-in full-over-full bunk room that kids will love, a cozy living space, and a kitchenette—perfect for quiet mornings or late-night snacks.

Across the property, Sensational Sunsets greets you with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking views of the lake. The open main level is designed for gathering, with a bright and airy living room anchored by a stone fireplace and oversized sofa, a dining area that invites long, laughter-filled meals, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for group feasts. Enjoy a warm swim! 💦 Pool heat is available April 1 – November 1 for $200 per day (2-day minimum). For weekend stays, the pool will be heated upon your arrival and remain heated until Saturday evening. 🌴☀️
🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
💍 No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
