It's nine o'clock. Somebody's in the pool. Somebody's losing at ping pong. The kids are upstairs in the bunk room pretending to be asleep.

You're out by the fire and nobody has asked you what the plan is for an hour.



That's what this house is for. Four bedrooms, 2,256 square feet, room for twelve. A pool in a fenced backyard, a game room, and a den, so your group can split up without anyone having to leave.



Ten minutes to Concord Mills and the Speedway. Twenty to Uptown.



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

The house is two stories and all four bedrooms are upstairs.



The pool is seasonal and not heated. Swim season in Charlotte generally runs May through September. The built-in spa attached to the pool works, but it is not heated at this time.



Exterior security cameras are active and cover the driveway, front yard, backyard, and the pool and pool equipment. There are no cameras inside the home.



No pets, no smoking, no parties or events. Primary renter must be 25 or older. Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM.
