5 Queen Bed 4 Full Bath Luxury Home, 1.4 miles to Bank of America Stadium
“Failte” Welcome as Gaelige. Newly built luxury home, with spectacular views of the city. 3,000 SF space for guests to enjoy their stay set in the Wesley Heights neighborhood, only a 15-minute walk to Blue Blaze Brewery, Pinky's and the Lucky Dog Brew. Also close by (25-minute walk or cheap Uber/Lyft rides) are Bank of America Stadium, South End, Plaza Midwood, Charlotte City to name a few.
Home is setup with everything guests may need to enjoy their stay and I am available for any suggestions (Please bring your own shampoo/bodywash).
The space
OVERVIEW:
Stunning modern construction on the West side, across from the greenway with long range views of the Charlotte skyline from the living level, upper-level loft and master suite. This house has a full bedroom suite on every floor, walk-in closets.
Wide open living level with biofuel fireplace & balcony. Large kitchen with island seating, separate pantry built-ins & bar area plus ample dining space, tons of natural light from the oversized architectural windows. Recessed lighting throughout keeps the line of sight open and clean as a whistle. Herringbone blue glass kitchen backsplash, Carrera quartz countertops in kitchen and bathrooms.
FLOOR BY FLOOR:
The home has a private entrance off the front of the home, it has an Architectural design split over three levels with multiple decks and great views of the city.
The main entrance has the first grand oversized bedroom with two (2) queen beds, large walk-in closets and large private bathroom.
The downstairs basement area is Owner Space only and locked off from guests.
First floor main level living space has an open feel with communal kitchen/living/dining space and private deck. Large kitchen Island and built-in bar area for guests to enjoy. The next bedroom is located off this level with one (1) queen bed and private entrance to the main level bathroom with ample closest space.
There are large, oversized windows throughout the home, designed to provide picturesque views of the city and tree lines.
The third-floor level has an additional living room space for guests to enjoy with tasteful furnishings and Samsung Frame TV. The Master Bedroom is located to the left, beautiful large, oversized room with views of the city, curtain lined windows and amazing bathroom with his and her sinks, oversized shower with institute French bathtub that fills from the ceiling. Toilet has separate entrance and massive walk-in closets.
There is an additional deck off the third floor, the laundry room is also located on this floor.
The bedroom to the right is also large, with walk-in closets and has a private bathroom.
Guest access
Guests have access to anything not labeled “Owners Space” in the building which is limited to a couple of rooms (cleaning equipment) in the basement and the double car garage.

Hi! I'm super excited for you to stay at my home. But it is a really nice home in a quiet neighborhood. So, if you're looking for a place to throw loud parties and stay up really late, this is most definitely not the right home. A few really important house rules:
Please be considerate of neighbors, quiet time is after 10pm, the driveway is right next to a neighbor's front door, so please be respectful of loud noises, etc. They have children.
***Reservation is not confirmed unless a list of full name and age of all guests and reason for travel is provided. Please provide 48hrs after booking to avoid cancellation of booking. Thanks.
There is off street parking for two (2) number cars on the front driveway. There is additional free parking on the street across from the home, has ample space for up to four (4) cars. No parties are allowed in the home, it is only for the number of guests staying only. Home should not be used for business practices, place of operation.
For everyone's security there are three (3) Arlo video recording devices, one on the front exterior of the house at the entrance, one (1) in the garage and one (1) on the back entry to the basement living area which may be Owner Occupied (has a separate entrance).
These will all be active devices that will monitor the areas of the home as noted above. They are primarily focused on the entrance, the garage and the back entry to the home, this description is per VRBO host regulations.
At the end of ones stay it is greatly appreciated if all used cutlery and housewares are placed in the dishwasher using the supplied washing tablets and ran under the Normal wash setting and all used towels are left in the laundry room on the top floor to help get ready for the next guests, thanks you.
