"They told us on route to the airport the house was not available and we could stay elsewhere.We tried to cancel but VRBO dragged their feet and after 2 nights in hotel rooms we took up the offer rather than lose all our money. The alternate place was nice but no view or place to sit in the sun without paying 50 US dollars a day for a club 10 minute walk from house. "The hotel staff is the best especially Sekani at the front desk who daily, gave me recommendations on places to visit , his presence was refreshing always helpful with a smile Edris in the restaurant was friendly and helpful . I enjoyed speaking with her whenever I saw her. Overall all the staff are great. My only recommendation for the hotel is get new towels they were a bit dark for white towels and the hot water needs to be hotter. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to St. Kitts."
