Our property is a legally permitted vacation rental as required by Charleston City ordinance. Our certificate of operational number is OP2024-05539

One block from the heart of the entertainment district of Upper King Street. You will know you are in the South when you are greeted by 6 large palms, a live oak, and a large sycamore tree at the front of the property.

The property consists of three rental units. Unit A which is the bottom floor of the historic house (this listing), Unit B which is the top floor of the historic house and Unit C which is the house in the back of the property.

When you step into Unit A off of the front porch, you will enter the living space. This area features an original fireplace and historic hardwood floors. The home was fully restored and renovated to provide Charleston charm with modern convenience.

We stayed at this property for my Bachelorette Party and had an amazing time, especially due to the location of this property. It was clean, Miki and Chuck were welcoming and always accessible and fit 9 girls comfortably. Thank you for making my trip such a positive experience! Our favorite bar all weekend was By The Way right across the street so make sure to stop by you stay here.

A Gatering place

Six lifelong friends met here. The location and living room and kitchen spaces were great for our chatting and reuniting. The bedrooms are comfortable but small. I would stay here again

Amazing stay close to King St!

Honestly might be the best rental I have ever stayed at - perfect location to get to King St without spending money on ubers. The hosts were amazing and communicated very well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Weekend

Lovely well maintained property close to everything. Seven of us stayed here comfortably. While close to some of the late night action off of King the house and the veranda are off the street enough that its not too much of a factor. Even if it was, the hosts have strategically placed white noise machines in the bedrooms closest to street to make sure you still get a peaceful sleep. Great hosts and great property, would stay with them again.

Perfect home in a perfect location!!

We had the best time in this beautiful home. There were so many fun places to walk to and explore. The outside seating made the home seem large! There were ten of us- almost 70 year olds- and we all commented on how comfortable the beds were! Attention to detail was evident throughout the home. Can’t wait to return!
