Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 4-room maisonette with a total area of 70 square meters, located on the first floor. The comfortable furnishings include a living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and an exit leading to a balcony. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules provided.

You will have access to a washing machine, heating system, small balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains, and terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation. The lower ground floor features one room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC. Ascending the steep stairs, you will find a small room with sloping ceilings and one bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) on the upper floor. Another room on the upper floor has one French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). There is also a separate bath/WC and an additional WC. Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking, and the TV channels are limited to French channels only. A smoke alarm is installed, but there is no elevator access. The third bedroom is located outside the apartment, finished in the basement with a high window. This offer is provided by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
