The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and coffee machine. Heating is provided in both the living room and bathroom. A ski storage area with a cellar in the basement is available for skis, boots, and bicycles, along with a ground floor ski room with a private locker and guest key.



One parking space is available in a shared garage (max height 2.20 m). Parking is managed by the building administration, not the owner; use cannot be guaranteed in case of malfunction. No pets or events allowed. Skis and boots are not permitted inside the home; dedicated storage spaces and cellar are provided.



The welcome kit includes a roll of toilet paper, kitchen paper, cleaning sponges, salt, and sugar. Two full sets of bed linen and towels are included. If you need the third bed, an extra set of linen and towels is available for an extra fee.
