The room was excellent; they provided us with a rollaway bed at no additional cost. The staff during check-in 7.15.2026 9pmish was helpful; I inquired about the latest check-out time, and she informed me it was 11:30 AM at no extra charge. However, when I left at 11:18 AM, on 7.16.2026 another staff member claimed I was late and that there would be a fee. I explained that I had specifically asked the front desk representative the night before...

"This place was a massive let down and I still can’t believe I spent this much money. The sleeper sofa didn’t even have sheets on, we had to request them and make our own bed. Dirty hotel and facilities, unfriendly staff, not enough towels in the room, just a huge disappointment."
