"Nice studio apartment only downside there is No AC to control. They say it’s centrally controlled unfortunately we had no AC during a 37 degree stay and could not sleep was unbearable, Did message but got no reply until after we left so suffered with no AC Unfortunately due to this reason would not stay again which is a shame as apartment are nice. Also said they would give a small refund because of AC reason nothing received over a week later."

"I stay at the SwissEver semi-frequently when I travel for work as our HQ is in Steinhausen. I really want to call out Angela on reception who provides exceptional service to her guests. Every time I arrive to the warmest of welcomes, greeted like a returning friend - & nothing is too much trouble. Even when hundreds of guest arrive enmasse Angela keeps professional, calm & polite - such a credit to the hotel. The rooms could do with modernisation, the cleaning of late has dropped a little -...

"The hotel allows pets. The first room we were provided smelled like animal urine. I requested a room change and then the second room the toilet wasn’t working and maintenance had left for the day. The decor and bathroom was nice as well as the front lobby of the hotel, however for the price of the hotel I would have expected a much cleaner room."

"A concealed hotel near Zurich airport surpasses some four-star accommodations. It offers excellent breakfast and bar service. Our family room provided ample space with generous closet capacity for four adults. The shower featured a complete door with a raised edge that prevented moisture from reaching the vanity area. A separate full door to the toilet ensured privacy."
