"Lovely apartment.
Great location as there are wonderful bars and places to reach within a two min distance.
The apartment was a great size and the bed was wonderfully comfortable.
Lovely and clean but stating to show signs of ware and tear. I was a little bit cautious of sitting on the furniture as I think the leg are not so strong and n need of replacing or repairing.
The cooking utensils were great for the cooking I was doing, possibly a bigger oven dish would be good, but that's only if you...

"Apartment was really nice. Clean, great views, comfortable beds, fresh milk in the fridge. Unfortunately we were greeted by a very rude man who made the check in process very awkward which was a great start. "

"Nice flat near Plymouth Uni and walking distance to local shops. Access was a bit painful as tbe access code did not work but soon resolved by contacting customer services. Some of the property info such as wifi network and password were not correct either so they need to update their comms. Otherwise the flat was comfortable and had enough cutlery and crockery for 4 (other than bowls). On site parking is a bonus but the open and overflowing trash bins were unsightly and not very welcoming"

"Very well located property. Lovely and spacious with 3 super bedrooms. While in Plymouth the temp was c30 but having very large windows, we were able to keep super cool. It was a great stay for us and our family and the dog! Having a dog exercise park just down the road was a real bonus too in the very early morning before it got too hot! Would definitely stay again"

"Loved our stay here, from the location to the staff - it was amazing. The free room upgrade was a fantastic surprise and the cherry on, what was, an amazing weekend"
"Hotel was not what we expected but was good value for money. We went when there was a fair on so lots of noise outside as you are in the centre of the motion. The staff member was brilliantly friendly but the room was on the small side for a double and bathroom would not suit someone 6ft plus due to sink being right next to the toilet. The double room we was allocated was more a single then a double. Personally I'd say this location suits people going away on day trips with friends or people working away from home not a couple going away but that is our opinion. I want to say if your looking for good value for your budget this place suits you 100% it's clean tidy and ideal for single visitors who want a nice base"
"Incredible hotel, couldn’t recommend more.
The only fault I could find was the WiFi. It was a very weak connection that fell in and out of connection every single day, normally wouldn’t be a big issue but obviously you don’t have any data in that location either. Other than that, spectacular!!"
"A delightful little hotel. Staff were all pleasant and helpful, our room was spacious light and airy overlooking the beach . Quality of bedding and towels are lovely.
Food very nicely cooked, good choice of menu, no greasy breakfasts, all well presented. Good variation of dinner menu.
South sands beach is lovely, perfect for families. My only hesitation is that if you don’t want to drive whilst on holiday the walk to the next beach, north sands, is a very steep walk uphill and then a further walk into Salcombe itself for us of “mature years”, or for the very young. The ferry across to Salcombe is fun but stops crossing back around 6.00pm so evening meals there are out unless you can get a taxi back.
We had a lovely break here and would recommend it for a quiet relaxing time."
"Second visit to China Fleet Country Club, staff are very cheerful, helpful and friendly, breakfast has a large selection of hot and cold items and is worth the extra money.
The rooms are clean and comfortable but in need of some TLC. Would stay here again."
